Google SEO algorithms don’t reward audio and video files. Spending thousands of dollars and many, many hours creating video and audio content that don’t rank well on Google at first glance may seem like a waste of money and time. However creating such content is worthwhile when one considers there are other platforms out there that richly reward video and audio content with great SEO ranking. This would include YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. The amount of traffic generated from these sites by far offsets the lack of ranking on Google.
