Machine learning seems like some super-science or sci-fi fantasy, but it is real and used daily. While machines may not be at the same level of decision making as humans, we are training them to understand processes better, instead of just following directions. Using them in the workplace is highly useful in the long run. We all know their computational power, but sometimes they can get rid of the scut work, improving processes that are easy to fix but time consuming and letting the machine do the work you don’t have time to do.
