Hello, I'm Simbad E.

My Approach Is To Accompany Individuals On Their Journey Of Personal Growth Towards Their Authentic Selves

I believe everyone has an authentic self buried somewhere beneath years of questionable decisions, abandoned New Year’s resolutions, passwords they can’t remember, and at least one purchase they’d rather not explain. My role is to walk alongside you as you uncover that person—not dragging you, pushing you, or pretending I have a laminated map showing exactly where your authentic self is hiding. Think of me as a traveling companion who occasionally points at the road and says, “I’m pretty sure we’re still going the right way.”

Personal growth, of course, is rarely a straight line. Sometimes it’s two steps forward, one step backward, three steps sideways, followed by twenty minutes wondering why you walked into the kitchen. That’s perfectly acceptable. The goal isn’t to become some flawless, enlightened version of yourself who meditates at sunrise and alphabetizes the spice rack. It’s to become more comfortable being the person you actually are—preferably with a little more wisdom, a little less baggage, and enough of a sense of humor to enjoy the trip.

What I Do

You Don’T Have To Suffer For Any Longer

You’ve suffered long enough. Seriously. At some point, suffering stops being character-building and starts becoming a really bad hobby. You don’t get bonus points for carrying emotional baggage until the handles break, and there’s no awards ceremony where someone hands you a trophy for putting up with nonsense longer than everyone else. You’re allowed to put some of it down, walk away from what isn’t working, and start enjoying your life without first completing seventeen additional levels of misery. You’ve paid your dues. Consider your subscription to unnecessary suffering officially eligible for cancellation.
